Val Zummo has had a lifelong love of drawing, painting and interior design. 

She has taken classes taught by artists Robert Fabe, Carin Hebenstreit, Amy Bogard, Marie Remond and others. And attended art workshops in Taos, New Mexico; Nice, France; Bellaggio, Italy; and the Studios of Key West, Florida. When in Cincinnati she spends many hours in her studios surrounded by multicolored canvases and a black-and-white chihuahua.
